You should use PayDay Visa cards, not Mastercard. Card creation fee is 1 dollar and you need a minimum of 5 dollars to fund your card. That's what I started using recently.

If luck is on your side, it'd be converted to Speedaf! It's a 50/50 thing. Once had such and was later changed to Speedaf economy.
