I did that on their twitter page. I dmed them and they replied. They reply fast and you will get a call from them. That's what I did. They deliver the card to you after all that.

I suppose that will depend on your area. For me it was FedEx and no delivery fee. They should be able to answer all of this on twitter I suppose

You should use PayDay Visa cards, not Mastercard. Card creation fee is 1 dollar and you need a minimum of 5 dollars to fund your card. That's what I started using recently.

I use it for Youtube subscription.
