I cancelled an order few minutes after placing the order around 2 days ago.
My Aliexpress is saying "My refund is settled" but I haven't gotten the refund on my Klasha.

I need help from anyone here with experience with receiving refunds on Klasha card.

"Dispute settled" doesn't mean the money has been sent to your Klasha card. It simply means Aliexpress has reached an agreement with the seller on the refund. Therefore, it could take between 5 days to 1 week before you receive the actual money on the debit card.

Paid #500... Sellar declared it $22.. lol

Tracking is still saying received by delivery company since 5th of June.

I cancelled the order within minutes of placing it.


By the way, I ed Klasha and they're asking for ARN & Masked Pan.
Who knows what that looks like?

Moreover, It's too early for you to Klasha about it because if you click on the refund page, you'll see the progress bar. Here, you can see when the money is finally released to your Bank. Right now, it's still processing

ARN wont be available until the money is released by Aliexpress. So you don't need it for now

Their are three stages of verification
-KYC 1 - BVN
-KYC 2 - ID (Voter's card, NIN(generate VNIN,

I used providus bank platinum MasterCard yesterday and the rate was 836 naira. It's just expensive. 5k for the card and 100k minimum opening balance but you can remove all your 100k later. Their limit is 3000 USD per month and 100,000 USD per year. Although it's quite expensive, it saves me all these virtual people brouhaha or banks cancelling their cards. These people don't cancel this card at all. I can finally rest small. Another option is to get a dollar card and domiciliary and get dollar from Aboki. Already went through that path but I still prefer Providus bank method. Hope it helps anyone.
