What is your experience? No experience or beginner experience in html css and javascript.

If no experience, then freecodecamp till you get to javascript then do face book frontend meta (free for financial aid) then wait for job.

If experienced, I know you will later go to backend start freecodecamp to javascript then do cs50, meta frontend.

Back to ur question cisco IT Specialist is different from webdev but I will go for cisco web dev

I only know about programming but if all u want is Web development then try my earlier suggestion. I'm a beginner too
