This is not correct at all. It is comments like these that emboldens people with disregard to good customer service. We have experienced new entrants of shoe vendors here recently. Tjcoded is one of them, he has his own thread too and he does pay on delivery sef. I noticed he always asks for and that sends a good signal as someone who is keen on customer service. When I want to buy shoes, I will definitely reach out to him.

There are at least 2 other guys that i noticed here as well. Let us encourage them through patronage, but of course we will call them out if they mess up too
