I know that the questions for tomorrow candidates will be different but I never knew that the questions could be changed if logged in twice.

not really i started but coudnt move to next question or previous questions because of the network jamming i had to go back to previous page and start all over. i submitted only once

it's just like CBT. The overall total no of questions had already been set. It's the system that will be rotating those questions randomly and it's just 20 questions per candidates, so it's very possible to see a new 20 different set of questions entirely as the system rotates it and it's also possible to still see part of the already seen questions again. And the system might be programmed to always see entirely new different questions each time you tried to start over again
