I haven't bought one but it's a good investment. They've been selling it a long time but in batches and phases in different locations in Oyo state. Most are not developed but you should have peace of mind if you subscribe to it esp if you are Oyomesi

Not all rocks have economic importance! But if it's ordinary granitic rocks you can use explosives to break them and sell to those that want to do foundation..... You can also snap the rock to me. I can help you to identify it ....

If the people who told you that are from the region, kindly call on them for the way out, they should be able to guide you accordingly.
Ensure you reserve some for the construction of your own building too (stone isn't joke these days, very expensive).
