Haven't you asked yourself why there are specific markets in the SE? You have a market for kitchen utensils alone (ogba efere), etc? Have you heard of economics of scale? Do you know why you are able to buy some items cheaper? Not because they are produced of low quality but because the traders put resources together to buy the same item in a very large quantity?

Don't mind those timid people. I grew up in Aba Abia State with many Yorubas from primary school up to university level and non of them were molested or feel uncomfortable in anyway rather they all feel at home. Nobody reminded them that they are non-indigenes or referred them as immigrate the way Yoruba refer to non-Yoruba in Lagos. I one Bimbe that ran away from her family house to stay with her boyfriend who is my friend because her parents wanted to bring her back to Yorubaland. It is those unexposed ones that never travel out of their enclave that think Nigeria start and end in Lagos.
