Interview April 28th 2022
I was not asked to pay for verification but a month later a mail entered requesting we pay for verification that was may 2022
Lawyer called june15th .
Lawyer's verification june 25th
July ..... No response or update
August no response
September no response
October no response
November ….I received verification completed mail BUT they requested for a new A1 even though I submitted one when I went for interview And declaration of age
Did another A1exam in December but I failed so I had to write another one in January 28th 2023 and I ed
The result came out February and we submitted the result to the embassy February 10 2023
February 15th 2023:my husband was asked to send prove of sustainability of his family in (statement of )
February 22th 2023 we received a mail to send port and travel date
February 27th 2023 sent port to the embassy
March 6 port was returned with visa
March 16th 2023 : Arrived

He only showed his statement for 6months and that was it

I haven't heard any word from anyone and I'm confused. I don't understand that embassy's system,we wrote them early this month to know what was going on and we were told that the verification process started since 28 November and up to this day I haven't heard or seen any lawyer.

I did interview with my kids on February 2, unfortunately i lost one of ny child and i wrote to the embassy too. March 13, i got a mail to submit port with proposed travel date, i Worte planned travel date to be 1st April. I sent the required documents and port on the 15th of this month. Today is 29th and I'm yet to receive i and my son's port.
Please what do I do about this, from my findings they should have sent back the port and documents but they haven't, please what can I do, i need help Asap because my husband already booked our flight for 3rd of April.

You can try calling the courier service to find out if it has been dispatched.

Yellow fever is only needed mostly for Asian countries especially India.

So your child just get him the required vaccines he needs within the month he is and only specified by the hospital where he was Born.


So forget about any Yellow fever certificate

Sorry for your loss ma'am. You can;
1. Call the embassy to know the status.
2. Track the courier envelope.
3. Call the airline to move travel date.

How can someone know if application has left Lagos please? To know if they have sent it to foreign office?

Please for those who said they located their lawyer how did you do it? The embassy said my verification process started since 28 November 2022 but I haven't gotten any call or even seen the lawyer. The silence is even more draining than the waiting.
