Even when there were issue then about the tenure of the former chairman, the agency never shortchanged any candidate. Yes, it must show the applicant port, it's only the guarantor port form that will be empty

Just leave that private and public thing, the issue is that u should be able to your documents. I used all of it private though

Private be say only u should see but the ndlea ict people will still have access to the pictures na, so it's a little useless
