not yet by next week it will have been there for a month

An update for everyone:

So I went to pick up my dad's port some mins ago from DHL Isolo.
His Dropbox date was 12 Jan 2023, but I waited it out well so that I could pick up with ease.

What I noticed today was some people dropped off just two weeks ago and were called for pick up today - note that a collection date will be sent to applicant.
Whilst some were within one month of date they did their Dropbox.

I was lucky to get my dad's port because it was an unscheduled collection.

Today- 2/3/23 at DHL Isolo, exactly 3pm, it was announced that there will be a line for scheduled pick up and another for unscheduled pick up.

We on the unscheduled pick up had to write name of applicants, which made the process easy.

Yes you can, if you apply for emergency appointment.
Though there are no guarantees and they may approve or decline

hopefully but i think the level of scrutiny is on a case by case basis and they did say to give up to two months to complete the process

Two years. His date was in Jan.
Five years is to start this month-march-.

My self and wife got our Visa renewed through Dropbox.

I got approval to submit my application two weeks after appointment booking
Submission was done on the 7th of February
Visa was Issued on the 23rd of February
I picked up on the 28th of February
That's about 3 weeks for both of us.

I used the isolo dhl office,while madam used their Victoria Island office.

Our visas expired in 2019.I and my wife never bothered to apply during the Trump years as the refusal rate was high and there wasn't any Dropbox opportunities.

Happy Friday! Looking for some advice.

A male friend has an appt next month and needs advice on how best to approach his interview. For context, he is 36 years old, has no travel history, has owned his own company of 11 employees for the past 5 years and wants to attend a few conferences and tour the US. A few questions:
1. As CEO/Founder, should he state his company is sponsoring him or that he is sponsoring himself? Essentially he is the same person, my question related more to taxonomy. Does one hold more weight?
2. Should he mention he will stay in a hotel or that I will accommodate him. Either is feasible. For context, I am a married woman, living with my husband + two children and he is financially able to himself. I will not be providing any financial documents.
3. He initially completed his DS-160 form in April '22, is a new one required?

Any information you can provide is appreciated.
