It may.., sadly.
This has always been my worst fear since this nonsense riggings started.
Voter aparty in these areas over the years has always been because people don't believe that their votes will count. Obi gave them hope together with the ramped up propaganda around BVAS and co..
Now this...
Folks might be really pissed off and demoralized..

LP got more than that in Delta and there is no way pdp and apc could get that much in Delta State. I know what am talking about
