Please how do they process study Visa? How come people who applied since August September October are yet to receive, just now two people that applied late November got notification about processed visa application today around 3pm ? I’m not understanding this at all. Or is it school by school ??

Be ready to wait for a long time if you want to appeal (You'll pay the same amount you paid again when you wanted to apply, appeal is not free). You will never get a response soon either (the within 10 days whatever is just a lie).

Just apply again, maybe on the same DHA or e-visa but make sure your travel date is very FAR. If you go and choose March or April as travel date, you'll most likely not get any response till your travel date has ed.

Got the evisa approval email yesterday.. 2 weeks validity. Applied on the 13th of december 22

That’s why it’s taking forever when you apply now. I know someone who is charging 700k for e visa, it takes just two days. It’s terrible how the system has turned to a leech.

Since you have access to the internet, I think you should be sending VFS and home office emails letting them know the situation

I am posting this message in a detention area of the Cape-Town International airport. I was received the e-visa through VFS application and on reaching the airport, They denied me entry as the say ..the VISA COULD NOT BE FOUND ON THEIR SYSTEM. I am here for just a four day work conference but it seems they are prepared paper work for deportation and have me sign..The is a really important work trip and I am missing it because of vfs ..this is really horrible. For those that have been to SA recently, can you please let us know if a booked hotel is acknowledged.

Is it ok not to pay for hotels before arrival and do it on spot at the hotel.

Please advise. This question is directed to all recent travelers to SA, Via OR TAMBO.
