My spouse just got an offer on Tier 2 health worker job Medical Doctor to be specific and I'm already in UK on Student visa which expires 2024 can I change to be a dependant on her visa as her visa covers spouse kindly help out with advice on how to change to her visa if it's possible

I will suggest the main applicant arrive the UK alone, while the dependants after a month or 2, UNLESS there is a permanent accommodation already paid for because many students who arrived the UK in the past few weeks with their spouses and children are stuck in hotels and Airbnbs because it is not easy getting houses to rent as families.

Hi everyone.

I was refused a visa in 2021 and I lost my US student visa refusal letter. It is required for a student visa application I’m making to the UK, I was given a conditional offer to the school pending when I send the letter across. I have explained in a letter that I have lost the letter and stated the reason for my denial (home ties), but they’re still insisting on the letter, what do I do please?

Please kindly advice me accordingly, I got a conditional offer to study at the university of Hull for September intake. The conditions are

1) an ielts result with overall band of 6.5 and 5.5 in listening, writing and hearing.

2) make a deposit of 4000 pounds

My question now is, can I make the deposit first to secure my place for the program or I should just write the ielts exam first before making the payment

My fear is loosing the offer because I need to do some tutorial before sitting for the ielts test as people do say ielts no be beans.

I hope I can still make payment of my tuition deposit after getting the ielts result which might take me about 1 month to achieve.

Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot

Why pick a school that's asking for IELTS? Unless you didn't do your BSC in Nigeria.

You can submit your WAEC as equivalent. I chose Hull too. They only asked me to submit my SSCE for proof of English proficiency.

I wondered why they asked him for IELTS result cause I was only asked to send in Waec scratch card pin for result verification also pls how do you plan on paying the deposit ?? Can we make use of Form A ?

Already paid my deposit of 3000pounds and I have about 35% of my school fee, and the school has a payment plan of 50% 25% 25% and my fee total is 23200pounds please is it possible to clear out the school fee when I get to the UK by working ?

23,200pounds.😱😱😱 you still have rent and other bills to pay. Why didn't you go for schools with lesser fees and better payment plan.
The pressure will be too much.
I suggest you try and pay off more fees before leaving.

Good day everyone.. I trust we're all doing great. I posted some weeks ago that I was refused study visa which I am allowed to have an istrative review.

Now, my question is; if I apply for AR now that deadline stated on CAS for enrollment has ed and I choose to defer my ission to September, would the AR be useful, as in if successful, would the AR have any positive effect now or later?

You are only allowed 20hours during term time unless in holidays which is unlimited
Apart from the fact that this is a difficult plan you are about to embark on, you have submitted a bank statement showing the complete fees.

You don't want to be chased /reported to UKVI by your Uni for fees
