No one will ask you of PTA not even in Hanoi.
For food stuff, yes it's allowed but coke? No.
No liquid is allowed on board. Not even water. You'll be told to drink it trash it before boarding

Visa fee for studies is $400 in $100 denominations (2013 or 2017 preferably)

Go with your international port, 2 white background photograph..
And both invitation, ission letter from Vietnam... Thats all

Can a student in Vietnam, take these English exams over there and get the English certificate authenticated in Vietnam and switch fully to teaching job after studies. I am going for vietnamese language program
