Nothing works in this country. I did as inec said and I received a message were my pvc is. I rushed to the place only to see the distribution center which is a school under lock and key. I thought they said they will work 9am to 3pm from Monday to Sunday?

Your PVC is currently at the Ward. Although, some politicians have made arrangement with INEC official by taking them to residential addresses of the voters. For example, the politicians in my ward brought INEC officials to the closest palace here instead of primary school on the INEC text message I got.
