Good morning all.
Please I get stuck at this stage of my visa application. I am the Main applicant using my partners as proof of funds.
We do not bear the same last names but we have a marriage certificate. How do I get past this stage please. Should I say yes to the parents and guardian option? What do I click as proof of relationship

You can try Uni of Sunderland but they are closed for almost all the courses for January intake. They mostly request for English Proficiency Letter..

Thank you for this suggestion. Someone already mentioned that I can another copy from WAEC website. I checked it out and was asked to pay #7,600. I think it's not bad compared to the other options like writing IELTS.

Cotatcted GTB and they said max I can do of 600 dollars 600 USD bawo?

I just checked the trade system now and under Form A, all I see there is PTA, Medical allowance and Educational services.

Someone who has successfully done this should please guide us as I see this question has been asked severally without any answer.

IMO... If they stop it now now, it might not affect until september 2023 or jan. 2024 intake. the reason why i said so was that PGWP started in 2021 but they said september 2020 intake is elligible for PGWP

When applying, use the names on your port to apply and then get an affidavit.

Yes you can but your brother must write a letter explaining the relationship he has with you and also making it clear that he will be responsible for all your fees in the UK. He should take the letter to court to get it stamped, sealed and signed. When his is up to 28days, scan the letter, your brother's port data page and his bank statement and send to the school. And also all your brother's documents when applying for visa. Make sure you have paid your deposit to give you a better chance. Only your brother's bank statement is enough if the money in his is enough.

Is your brother sponsoring your studies?

If he is then the required amount should be moved to yours and you should be able to have access to your funds while studying in the UK

You cant use your brother as your sponsor.

You can only use your parents (father or mother) and the person must write consent letter and show his/her for 28 days .

Keep your first name and surname constant in your application as with your certificate

Ensure the middle name you use in your application matches the middle name on your certificates

Your marriage certificate shows your maiden name which matches with your certificate
