This problem is called 'boot loop'. Perhaps, you tampered with the Rom in any way or you install an application that's preventing the phone from booting up. The only solution is to flash the stock firmware. You do that by ing the file (Umidigi Bison firmware) from umidigi official store (www.umidigi.com) and then follow the flashing instructions that follow.

Do you know any one who can assist with this process. I want to do it.
