That's exactly what I started with, the 8570p. It's a rugged system and if it's HTML CSS and JAVASCRIPT you are hoping to code on it, then it'd serve you well..
Though yours was a bit overpriced, probably cause of the exchange rate and all. But in all honesty, that laptop shouldn't be more than 100k, or at most #120k. Got mine for #70k last 2 years.

For games, well she's not a gaming beast, but most games below 2015 would run perfectly. If you wanna run something above 2015, then she'd struggle to or may not run it. And most times, you have have to tear down the games to it's lowest settings or mod an entirely new setting below the lowest settings before most games upward would run.
Least I forget, if you wanna play games on it, get an external fan, else be ready to change your processor every 3 months. She gets really hot when gaming, so try to observe her, and know when to give her a break, else you risk damaging her.

Thanks bro. The initial price was 170k,i priced it down to 140k,i checked online stores and all the prices of this same laptop were above 100k so I don't really mind that much.
I initially wanted a slim one with and SSD but those ones are above 200k,so I'll just upgrade this my own to an SSD when i have the money.
At least a Core i7 laptop with 8 gigs of ram and SSD with Dedicated graphics can complete with most mordern mid range laptops right?

By mid range, you probably mean a gaming laptop right or a laptop for intensive graphic work right??. If so then I am sorry, performance wise, I don't really think so. Modern Mid range laptops always comes least a core i7 with a 5th generation. I think ours can't go past corei7 3rd generation. Again, the dedicated graphics really matters for a mid range laptop. It should have at least Nvidia GeForce 940m or above or it's equivalent in the AMD. Ours is an old AMD graphics card in the 7000 series called 7570m.

Yeah upgrading the ram, HDD , and processor increases the performance of the system, but that isn't tantamount to equating it to a mid-range system, because sadly enough, e no reach.

Well, I understand you. Those spec of laptop will still managed to get your job done but later you will start experiencing some lagging. I have use both HDD and SSD before so I know what I'm saying. If you ever use SSD laptop, keyboard light with Core i5 above you will regret why you use HDD laptop with Core i3.
Technology too is evolving before you any of the PC Application you want to use check their system requirements to know the kind of laptop you should prepare for or else na frustration and regretting you dey find for yourself.
That is why I suggest a person should have enough patience to buy a good laptop that can get the job done perfectly.

The first one is the better computer.

I would never advise you buy a computer without keyboard light

I'd advise to research better options. Something like the first but with keyboard light
The other 2 seems too expensive despite having hardware that you slow you down in today's world

Look for Lenovo ThinkPad T450s, i5 5th gen, 8gb ram, 256 SSD.

This laptop can handle your job perfectly, not too expensive but super fast.

You can upgrade later. But pls avoid anything i3 or laptop without backlight
