Please I need your inputs. I ordered for several items with cainao super economy for special goods on AliExpress since July and the expected delivery date was September 1 which was yesterday. But I am yet to receive the my orders. Reading through the comments here I noticed that super economy for special goods is delivered through nipost.
I chatted the AliExpress seller and he/she confirmed that the items have been delivered to the local delivery company via the latest tracking number.
So should I wait for a call from nipost or i should head to their office?

Truthfully I do not know, wait for those that understand that aspect, but I know you will have to the merchant to make that possible, exactly how its done I don't know. Theoretically,since almost all bank cards are capped at $20 per month. You will need 10 cards to make a $200 payment.
