Check the shipping cost. The amount on ship to Nigeria might be *100 the price of the product.
Cheap product such as this do come with expensive shipping cost.

Forwarders are shippong companies that ship from China to Nigeria. They are plenty but you must also ask them if they shi battery before sending the battery to their Chinese warehouse

At times, orders might have been processed/shipped but due to oversight, seller didn't update. That's one of the reasons AliExpress subject such request to approval by sellers.
Since it's been shipped, you can't open dispute. Nonetheless, you can still chat seller up to consider your cancellation if it hasn't left his warehouse.

It's that cheap cuz coupon will be applied. Have it in mind that it may be closed by AliExpress as not all stores accept New Coupons.

Also, AliExpress may close it for security reasons too. That's a norm.

Importantly, that item is a generic Tws. Don't expect anything spectacular from it if received.

I have taken it to computer village on Wednesday....two different screen were tested with it....still it didn't display.....

But Am thinking i should just go to where there selling replacement screen and video it too. So that it can clearly visible that is not my screen nor the replacement screen that is faulty but the motherboard....

1. A working laptop.
2. Replacing the board of (1) with the new board to proof it's the new board that is having issue. Hopefully, it'll be approved without a clause of return.

Explore the possibility of it bn fixed if fixable, so, you can bargain your dispute reasonably well except it's been certified unfixable at all.

Disputes are dicey. I've seen this scenario before.

Those guys are of no use when it comes to them being at fault of wrong address. The last time that happened I told them that it was going to the wrong address they said they'll divert it, and at the end it ended up taking 10 days before it got to the correct location. I don't just understand why they will carry something that landed in Sangotedo instead of VI, they will return it back to mainland, then to VI again.

I think they have a policy where no matter what happens, they take it back to their head office in Lagos maybe for record purpose who knows. Then they take it to the right place

I am not 100% on this, but I think there is an option in the settings of windows to display only on external monitor and others.
You should probably attach your HDD, bootup and check the screen extension settings to see if this is the case.

Am not sure if that is the issue...
I have attached the HDD and everything works fine on the external monitor.....i saw that options too, it didn't worked...
I also tested it with 2 different screen at computer village.... still the same...
The seller keep on telling me that its my screen that is faulty..

That's settings is temporary except it was set through display setting but a single press of windows+p will enable you to switch display mode
