My sister applied for SOWP for her husband visiting visa more than 6 months for her youngest child and visiting visa less than 6 months for her two children still in university Her husband and her youngest got medical request, though her husband did upfront. Her two children got denied reason purpose of visit. But it was demonstrated clear with tuition and ission to university in Nigeria that they will visit during their vacation. Please what should she do?

The duration of their study is the duration of yours. Amount in cad is the amount you have for both their application and that of your spouse. All the info you filled for your own study permit put it there and use ur LOA but the amount in cad is the present amount you have for their application together

You reapply for visit for them with more substantial reasons why they need to come. You could start with their wellbeing and who will carter for them and things like that
Assuming you had not submitted vv for them.

But you can also look at the angle of applying for study permit for them finding issions for them and letting them go to school there

I would suggest that you call or visit the office of "Canada Collection" to whom the transmission fee payment was made, to confirm that they actually received payment of your transmission fee. It is possible your payment did not drop with them.

Payment of SMS charge is optional and cannot be the reason for return of your port unstamped. Inclusion of a return envelope or lack of it cannot also be a reason for the return. Practically, IRCC don't even use an applicant’s return envelope. They always use theirs.

I tried tracking yesterday and it Says Under process with the Canada Visa Office then I tried tracking today and it says No record found. What does that mean?

You can check in three places
1. Check your portal to see if u have counterfoil and loi
2. Track with ur courier to see if it has been returned to them
3. vsf via email they will respond in two working days
4. Call vsf but am sure they wont pick the call

Don't border yourself it will drop once they are done with it. your port will go to Nairobi for the visa stamping. Just be patient. It will surely end in praise. Congratulations

I BELIEVE AND STAND TO BE CORRECTED THIUGH THAT THERE IS A STAMPING OFFICE IN ABUJA. BECAUSE IF IT IS KENYA LAGOS VAC PORTS DONT NEED TO GET TO ABUJA FIRST BEFORE GOING TO NAIROBI BECAUSE WE HAVE FLIGHTS TO NAIROBI FROM LAGOS.

We ed the e-medical information sheet along with other ing documents. I logged into her portal yesterday, and noticed that review of eligibility has started, and under review of medical results, it read that they were reviewing the results of her medical exam. This morning, we received a medical request form (IMM1017E).
I immediately called Qlife, and they confirmed that her medical result was transmitted to IRCC on the 21st June. On the form they sent, I notice that the IME number differs from the one on the information sheet that was given to my wife. I have just emailed Qlife to reconcile the differences, and transmit the updated medical result to IRCC.
Has anyone here experienced this, and what would you advise we do next. Should we resubmit the e-medical information sheet to IRCC, assuming it's an oversight on their own part, or wait for Qlife to confirm they have resent the medical result to IRCC before ing IRCC?
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have send them an email attaching your medical information sheet. You don't have to do anything at this time. It means they haven't seen it, they will eventually see it, and update your file. Do not worry about it!

Happened to me, just send webform and email, it will be updated

Guys I am officially tired, please apart from waiting what else would you suggest and advise. My kids has gotten PPR since last week Tuesday, my husband's BVL dropped on Wednesday the following day, but until now, no PPR. Have been sending mails and webform yet no response whatsoever. Sent the kids port for stamping yesterday (probably it will make them look at the file). What do Y'all suggest to be the next step?

Hi guys please how long does it take to get LOI after port stamp. Counterfoil has dropped since yesterday. port is enroute back to lagos but LOI is still hanging.

Well, based on the experience, the visa stamped says issue from Nairobi. As earlier said by Sundjata, Abuja might be stamping on behalf of the processing office in Nairobi.
