My biggest issue in gaming laptop/desktop (but mostly laptops) are their u,gpu and battery life (laptops).
On mobile phones we have Qualcomm, exynos,A15 bionic (apple), kryo and mediatlTek which we found the most on infinix and tecno phones that heats up like mad. Now coming down to PCWorld we have Intel and AMD,how can one know which u is better than the other just like how a dedicated mobile will know that Qualcomm is better than mediaTek.

You seem somewhat knowledgeable about the topic already and I'm not sure I might be the most qualified to offer advice here but for gaming PCs i think what you should consider more are the dedicated graphics cards (nvidia or amd).

To play newer games optimally you will need up to 4gb of dedicated graphics memory. Nvidia has proved themselves over the years and are a personal favourite.

Other points to note are the pc ram, 1080p or 4k screen and storage (ssd) most preferably.

they both have their good side and bad side, Samsung dominate the android realm while iPhone dominate IOS mobile realm, they're both expensive but you can easily find cheap Samsung phones because they have flagship and midrange devices.

From my own perspective and experience I'll go for Intel core i series processor and Nvidia graphics cards. I've had bad experience with AMD processor before.

I learnt their latest gpu is RTX 4090,though not fully out yet. With you and spiritfree around I believe I will make the right decision when buying a new gaming rig.

It games above averagely and plays Fifa and newer games and not bulky like typical gaming pcs. It has a nvidia quadro M1000M (4gb) & processor speed of 2.70GHZ

well if its tecno i bet it still gonna hang.. I use xiaomi mi 9 6gb ram snapdragon 855 adreno 640 i strongly recommend it for u i bought mine 83k i use it only for games and cheap data cos my iPhone sometimes drain too much
