What is the meaning of AWORI? Why do Awori people call themselves Omo Olofin? Who is Olofin and where did he migrate from?

This is a known fact now,I personally know some Ogu people, they are not Yoruba, their language sounds nothing like Yoruba
Though some these days give their kids Yoruba names and speak Yoruba language just to fit in
the former BBN housemate Miyonse is also an egun, which Yoruba here can tell me the meaning of Hundeyin or Miyonse?

The funny thing is that those one have no problem with other Nigerians in their land,it’s those Yoruba migrants from far away osun, ekiti and Ibadan etc that are always screaming leave our lands

Find out why Kenya is sanctioning Flutterwave. Tinubu wasn't arrested to the plea bargain.

He provided the platform for the drug lords. He knew about the them.

Another hatefilled akpu infested Ipob brain. So a bank can become a drug dealer because questionable individuals saved funds in it? Na ment? No wonder Peter Obi graduated with D .

Anyway, the US don't have akpu brain like you hence can use it to think and the reason why they didn't arrest Tinubu because Tinubu committed no crime. The funds of the individuals that saved in Tinubu's investment company/microfinance Bank were only seized.

Your estate friend? You should also add your father cheesy My own ilaje? You dey mad?

Hundeyin is Egun..his surname says it all... Djimon Hunsu? Compare the surname with Hundeyin and see the similarity....Hun is a god peculiar to the Eguns...I know so many Hundeyins the family is a popular one in Badagry!

Lmao..

The same David hundeyin who claimed he was from Kwara?

Hun isn't any god peculiar to anyone in Africa.
And it's Djimon Hounsou..

David Hundeyin doesn't know where he came from I repeat.

The word "Egun" itself came from Yoruba language. Some of Egun's words like dugbe is from Yoruba. Dugbe is a town in Oyo. Egun came from Oyo empire which has its root in Ile ife.

Of course Egun's language may have been modified due to their interaction with other tribes in Benin Republic, considering Dahomey enslaved them back then however your root isn't tied to your language but tied to your culture and historical root. Egun's culture is same as Yoruba's. Egun's gods are Sango, IFA, Ga.. These are Yoruba's gods. Their Old languages has deep resemblance with Yoruba. They greet the same way Yoruba greets. They also give oriki like Yorubas do.

You see how painful it is when you people claim Delta Igbos are not Igbos and at the same time say the 1965 coup is an Igbo coup.

We know Aworis are Yorubas, but we just want you guys to see how foolish your thinking about Delta Igbos are.

We will continue to push that narrative until Yorubas repent.

Mumu. You keep writing nonsense and adding fact at the end.
Aworis are Yorubas but Egun, Ilajes and Ijebu are not. They don't even share the same ancestry. They were only Yorubanised due to closeness to Oyo Empire.

Go tell that to the Oba of badagry, if he won't slap you.

Meanwhile, it's Awori, Ijebus and Egbas who own the majority of Lagos.

Look at Oba of badagry below. Look at his beaded crown like Ile Ife kings. Look at his cap like a typical Yoruba. Look at the beads on his neck and hands like a typical titled Yoruba. Look at his "aso oke" cloth which is Yoruba cultural attires.

Clearly not in your eyes since you keep talking about Yorubas, their land, their leaders and even their ethnicity and sub-groups which are information that should not ordinarily concern or interest you same as I know zilch about Igbo ethnicity and sub-groups and remain uninterested.

I don't travel around like a vagrant hobo as you do to become an encyclopedia of ethnicity and sub-groups.

I don't gossip about things and people not my business. I certainly don't feel inferior to anyone and have no desire to constantly compare d1cks with them to then be looking over their garden fence all the time instead of attending to my lawn.

Egun or Ogu people didn't migrate to that place, that is their ancestral lands. If anything, they were pushed back during the Oyo empire expansion.
Egun or Ogu people are from the great Dahomey kingdom who defeated the Oyo Empire.

Due to their location, they are traditionally water people who engage in fishing, basket making etc.

Some of your words are true but Hun is a god of the ogus(egun), in Benin Republic it is called Houn(french) it means the same thing.

The other things you wrote are true anyway...but Djimon Hounsou is Egun from Benin Republic while Hundeyin is also Egun from Badagry, there are some eguns too in Ogun state. But basically their culture and traditions are the same with Yoruba no difference in any way.

Are Ogu/Egun yorubas?

Even 70 years ago, Ijebu and Egba do not even identify as Yorubas.

The whole people were called, "Akus" and Yoruba was just part of the Akus.

Again, there is not one single proof of all these origin stories. No group can say with certainty which particular spot they originated from. Most are folklores at best.

Bottom-line, Egun do not speak a language that is close or even related to Yoruba. So, how did their language just change from Yoruba to a completely strange unrelated language that is Fon/Gbe language?

By the way, this documents from Kölle in the 1800 proves what I am saying about the Yoruba ethnicity.

You're speaking trash.

Let me inform you that the Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun, Ibadan people etc didn't identify as Yorubas back then. They were rather known as "kaaro ojire" people. The only people known as Yorubas back then were some Oduduwa's offsprings until eventually, everyone (all Yorubas today) identified as Yorubas, since all of them, including Oduduwa's offsprings came from Ile Ife.

Kaaro ojire is a known word used by Egun today.

Meanwhile, Oku/Aku is a Yoruba word.

Brother, Urhobo is an Edoid language. They are related.
Ogu on the other hand, IS NOT a related language in ANY way.
Oduduwa that fell from the sky magically birthed a people that spoke an unrelated language.
Oduduwa birthing all people in the SW is just folklore.
