What he ever submitted is affidavit.

Atiku and other politicians who has been participating in elections since 1991 do submit their credential to INEC maybe this exception applies only to Tinubu.Maybe Gani Fahwemi that toke Tinubu to court as a result his questionable academic credentials is an illiterate too.

Atiku didn't lose his certificate so he can add it anytime he wants to contest but even if he lost his certificate later on, it is not an issue. All he has to do is tell them he no longer has it by swearing an affidavit. Inec already has a copy of it, they already know he has such qualifications,he just needs to tell them he no longer has it in his possession.

It is a very subjective course. A first class in Philosophy is a rarity.

I borrowed a lot of Philosophy courses in all my undergrad years and got A's in 95% of them so i know what it entails.

Some may have a thourough understanding of the subject matter but may not have exceptional writing skills to articulate their thoughts on paper to score high marks. It does not mean the person no sabi.

I also did some ing in my Masters so i know that one can easily get first class in ing. Once your know the steps and formulas, its fairly easy.
