Nope. I chose the option that lets them renew the names and reduce my commission.

I neva renew the ones I ed finish na their own I wan renew? Naaaa. I am running a low risk portfolio on SH. The number of domains they have is skyrocketing, with sales coming far and far between these days.

I have about 80 SH reg names too. I don't even pay attention to their renewals.

I have observed overtime that most "low-ball," single-word .xyz domain name sales reported on Namebio take place on Sav. I think you could even find some selling for less than $200.

I think Sav has the cheapest or close to cheapest (88 cent) xyz registration and renewal (8.47). So expect lots of domainers to buy in bucks. $300 can give you up to 330 names. So it's easy to sell up to 5 at low ball price within a year especially good names.

You're right. I thought about the auction part, but I wondered who sells a one-worder for less than 200 bucks?

Those people probably got in early and were able to get many one-word domains and could afford to just let some go. It's hard to come by such domains for hand-regs.

If I have the kinds of names that I saw being sold for 1xx, I go lock up for better money o. I don't mind renewing for the same amount as "king" domains.

Hope u know most of her XYZ that she sold were already taken in 150+ extensions...she sells those ones for around 15k+usd...

She also has another category of XYZ sales taken in 53+ extensions....which she sells for around 2 to 5k usd.

Now d question is, ur one-word XYZ that u have; have u check how many extensions have they been ed?

Her sales aren't magic.... it's simple quantitative metrics.

I see ppl rushing to reg XYZ without due diligence.

Yeah, I very much knew that names sold by Swetha were taken in that many extensions. I researched about six of her xyz sales months ago.

I never made any reference to pricing my own .xyz domains like her; hence the use of "except" in the post you quoted. I just felt $1xx for a one-worder was low.

These sales aren't always about the number of extensions. The lqdty name (in xyz) that someone here sold for around 700+, if I correctly, was taken in just about 1-2 other extensions.

I was only asking for tips on how to price.

Immediately BIDEN took over....no more many geo sales pouring in this thread on a daily.

I believe this is a reflection of the buying power of the middle class in the US and artisans (electrians, plumbers, etc)...I pray things falls back to before.

I've never been a BIDEN fan. I'm not an economist just my little observations.

I was trying to convince him to purchase from Dan that the 60days lock is over, which he insists that I should list on afternic that they still have his money. Afternic has baned me , I even created another few days they closed it also. I need your input on this please

Lol...Pretty sure joe wasn't the cause....You are aware that was when covid struck which closed businesses? ..the COVID wasn't taken seriously early 2020....late 2020 was when things went downhill and they put in strict lock down policies.....cause of the death increase
