The reason why some sellers have to even when they may still need the item is because it will be very stupid to start selling off items the day you are meant to travel or relocate knowing how Nigerians don't believe in fixed prices. Most Nigerians are not fiinancially disciplined and will bargain no matter the price. We have this weird lifestyle of bargaining everything. Even if you put up a samsung note 9 for 20k, someone will still call to price 18k. They will waste your time pricing up and down. So you see why its not smart to start advertising on the day of relocation?

Again, some items are Essentials and may not be released immediately.

For instance, a seller that is relocating in 1 week may not want to release his or her foam immediately even though it was put up for sale. He has to sleep till then and he wont sleep on the floor.

He may want to release stuffs like centre table, tvs, dvds, gotvs, inverter, stabilizers, rug, curtains, dividers etc because they are non-essentials. Essentials like foam, pots, gas cooker can be released a day before or so. All this boils down to agreement and understanding.

As long as the seller is not a fraud, a client can pay for an item and book it down. The seller will stop advertising the item as available. On the agreed date of pickup, the seller will hand it over in the condition it was d and payed for.

Then the seller should clearly state such caveat in his or her advert. Let buyers know that the item of interest would be available for immediate or future release. I think that would spare both parties the stress of caricature back and forth.

I'm surprised to in to see all these banter up and down. I am the person that bought the jug. Actually I own a ninja blender which I bought recently and I love the product. So when I saw this heat resistant jug with the same brand name, I was intrigued.. I chatted her up and surprisingly she lives closer to me and I went there this morning to buy one for myself. When I got home, I tested it and it worked perfectly just like she d and that's why I ordered for 10 pcs to be used for souvenir..

You may not be wrong, but Mr @gloriousgbola is also not wrong. The specification could have been a bit hazy, but it essentially means that the jug can resist heat. By my understanding, it means a very hot liquid can be put in it without it breaking.

It may not however be used directly over fire. I don't think it has the specification of, say, a burette, for it to be placed directly over fire. Even if there are pictures of such, it is just to show you that it's heat resistant since that can't be shown with a liquid inside the jug.

My advise is don't use it over fire. If you go by the d picture, you may have misunderstood the capability of the jug and hence may misuse it.

They reserve the right to remove their fixtures and leave the property in the EXACT CONDITION they rented it. It is simple English.

Was it poverty mentality that made the tennant make those repairs in the first place, or wanting to leave comfortably? Because in the first place, poverty mentality wouldn't even prompt the tennant to make those repairs/upgrade.

Why didn't the Landlord use his own poverty mentality to provide a decent living environment for the tennant.
