My MTN SIM is not working well on my Redmi , some apps cannot access the internet using MTN but do on my Airtel sim
Am using Redmi note 9. Any solutions?

My Redmi note 10 pro got stolen about 2 weeks ago, and all efforts to know the location through find device on Mi was fruitless, it's only showing my own last location and Google find my device is also also showing my own last location and saying can't reach device.

I already reported at the police station and they say my phone will be tracked whenever sim is inserted to it, but I'm thinking the may not have access to my phone not to talk of inserting sim even after flashing because of MIUI security, I assume it will still ask for my MI before gaining access to home page that's base on what I read.

If that's true, do I need to wipe my data off the phone to give the thief access or it's not necessary, can he gain access without me wiping my data off the phone?


I will like to hear from people who had lost their xiaomi phones to thieves and how they recover it, kindly tell me. It may help me or someone else here.

F*cking hr.. and when I off d phone to charge, the battery percentage suddenly increases. I don't know what to do.. do I return d phone... Can I exchange it for another one. Is it s factory defect. Pls I need answers

Might be from USB cable, try with another USB cable or even charger asap. If it didn't work, return the phone cos it factory defect

Try another type C cable to be sure but I am 70% sure that should be culprit.

Also ensure the cables are properly inserted in both the Brick and the device

RN10 never had any factory problem, it was due to high demand of the chipset used in producing it that led to chipset shortage, which is needed to produce more. It sold really fast, a limited edition brand for the lucky buyers

Updates will keep rolling just like any other Redmi priority brands.
