No I don't think it's a red flag I have applied for a PTDF federal government scholarship that I paid a verification fee its somewhat similar , here I had to print my e_attestation form . It's a genuine program for sure ...

The BEST program is a very nice initiative for the unemployed nigerians , let's not discourage others who can be beneficiaries of such a wonderful opportunity .

The stuff looks somehow. Which ministry of the Federal Government is handling the Financing Business for Job and Wealth Creation?

Honestly it looks so fake. They've taken my 600naira Sha.

This is what I saw after ing that's when I realized it was fake. The typo and all, to worsen it there's no space to edit anything. If you make an error you'd have to pay again.

I paid 300× 2 so annoying. I feel gullible.
