Hello, I ed a recent video on how I got ission into 5 schools with full funding. I did not write GRE, neither did I write TOEFL. To add that I am also non-STEM. You can click on the link in my signature to access it.

What can you do than to keep checking. Dates will open just be checking and if at all you didn’t see any dates that favours you 60 days to your program start date, pick any date and request for emergency.

Have you scheduled any appointment? You need to click on schedule appointment to get date if you haven't done that.

You have two chances to schedule appointment, I will advise you to schedule an appointment now with the date you see, and keep checking for another date to reschedule for any closer date, if you don't see by 60 days to your start date, you can opt for emergency appointment. Best

*NB: Mind you, the dates can disappear anytime. Based on what happened last year ooo.

I have seen people here not process their ission to schools in the US you expected to be given assistantship or get funding. Obviously, for you to have that notion about the school, you already did your findings about assistantship and funding availability. Hello house, had my first degree in BSc in Social work from UNIBEN with cgpa of 3.01 after WES evaluation my cgpa decrease to 2.96. I have just concluded my Masters of social work application to Salem state University in Massachusetts, after sending them my transcript, did my transcripts evaluation with WES which later decrease my cgpa to 2.96 and was asked to write GRE and scored 275/340. I am currently waiting for a decision for my ission. But an email was sent to asking me if I am interested for graduate assistantship employment, Which I gladly applied. However, I am waiting for a decision regarding my ission. I hope I get it the ission.

I need someone who has commenced the process to guide me on how to proceed. My priority task section requests an of my MMR immunization. How and where can I get an MMR vaccine card from Nigeria? How do I go about the SEVIS fee thing, I-20 and all?

Also, my international port will be expiring in Dec 2022 and renewal is 6 months before the expiration date. Will this hinder the process of getting a student visa?

I desperately need a response so I’ll know what next to do.

Hey, I don't know if anyone has answered you yet, so I hope this helps.

I'm actually in the same shoe as you (not with Virginia Tech though, mine is ETSU). I'm waiting on them to make GA decisions which will take place between April to June.
Personally, I'm hopeful that I'll be given an offer atleast by the second week of May so I can start working on my I-20 and visa application, since my program starts in August.

Here's what you can do; you can start processing your I-20 with your personal funds and see if you can secure a visa date.
If during the process, the GA funding is given to you, you can always print out the offer letter and go with it to your visa appointment and try and explain to the V.O when you're asked about funding.
Just my two cents.

Its a win-win situation.

I know there's no need to rush cos dates are showing November and December and I'll most likely have to apply for EA, but I just want to get these costs off my chest as soon as they arrive.

So, please, is there any downside to paying now?

Hello guyz please I need your input as I am in the process of completing my CGI profile.

A few years ago when I was in the higher institution, a agency claimed that they have gotten approvals from my school to organise a trip for us to Washington DC. We applied for the visa and our interview was in batches. When the first set went for the interview they discovered that the consent of the head of my school was not obtained, so I didn't bother to go for my interview the next day.

Now after filling in my details on the CGI profile, I am getting a notification that my details matches with what they have on the database and the name of the information which is similar to mine is a different email address that does not belong to me neither do I have access to it (I believe the agent that applied for us then caused this).

The notification is requesting I transfer my current info to that profile but I am scared because I don't have access to that mail and neither does it belong to me.

Kindly assist with possible solutions.

It’s very likely you have an existing ed with your details. I once experienced same. I called and sent a mail to the Nigerian embassy to deactivate all s linked with my port number and name. Check the embassy website for help .
