Ask again to confirm, maybe they mean a fixed deposit statement cos I don’t see how your normal statement of can be the only proof for FD.

This was what I did and didnt get any ADR:

1. My addresses from when I was 18 till date were completed on the form. Not even one day gap without an address.
2. For education section I ed my university transcript, university certificate and WES document as one PDF. I forgot the IELTS result but later sent to them as webform. Kindly add your IELTS result to this education section.
3. For proof of funds I ed my bank reference letter and six months bank statement in one document.
4. For proof of work experience I ed employer reference letter and paystubs for last 12 months.
5. All pages of my port with a stamp
6. Emedical information sheet
7. port photo according to specification

So i just got a mail today for remedical but didnt get for my baby.. its been up to a month since i raised a webform but no response yet. Im even still yet to get her port cos of delays with the port office. My VO is ontario.

should i go ahead and do the medical for my spouse and i? or wait closer to the 30days and see if we get a response? or i know you mentioned mailing the VO with my babys documents, would they allow her to take the medicals with us and transmit?

Kindly advise on the best approach.

NB im confident i will get her port before the 30 days elapses

Very normal, that's how they used to do nowadays.

You could send another one though as well as a direct mail to your VO attaching the required docs: IMM0008, IMM5405, Int port data page, Birth Cert, port photo, updated POF and medicals.

No. Travel History is a different form. Travel History Form is IMM5562.

Yes, you could do upfront meds for baby at the same time as your own remeds before the 30 day deadline. Send all the family’s remeds and baby's other docs including port by webform and email.

OR

You could do only your own remeds before the 30 day deadline and continue to wait for IRCC on baby.

As much as I'm trying to be patient and wait for this golden mail, I'm a bit worried. My AOR is Nov 2020 and there has been no update/change on my acct since I ed my Meds. & Biometrics. Everything is still being processed and I haven't received any ADR. I've called several times but always get the automated response and I've sent several webforms also but received just the generic mails.
Please guys, is there something I should do or should I just keep waiting??

My package contains, the PPR letter, two port photos -one stamped and signed at the back with my name and DOB, my international port, two copies of my port data page, the consent form and slip I was given when I did biometrics at the Lagos center.

You just have to keep waiting unfortunately. I waited for over 2years. A lot of people as well. But it will come eventually. Cheer up and keep your hopes up.

Whats ur visa office ? Did u order GCSM note yet ? Ottawa and ghana have been very slow. But don’t worry all is well.

IRCC got back to me to fill an additional family form(IMM5406), background check from(IMM5669e) and proof of funds but no mention of bank statement, just payslip from my employer. The confusion is with the IMM5406 form as I don't have any dependant on my application, but a brother who currently has PR and was noted in my initial application. So do I just say all aspects of the IMM5406 form is NOT applicable?
Also have they every denied people visa on findout they have pulmonary embolism which was disclosed at medical?

i also submited via abuja vac on 21st feb and got tracking number same day. we would get notified once accra VO gets the ports. we are alot who submited in feb and yet still in transit.

IMM5406 must be completed by everyone on your application who is 18 and above.

If you have a spouse, you must complete your own IMM5406 and your spouse must complete a separate one for themselves. If you have a 20 year old child, they must complete a separate one for themselves. The form is asking for information for each person on your application, they want to know the family , spouse, children, mother father, siblings etc of each.

If you do not have a spouse or children and are the only one on your application, then obviously you will only provide one IMM5406. You will indicate N/A under spouse and children but you must provide information on your parents, step and half siblings, even if any are deceased, just as the form instructs.
