it's shows how little Nigeria system pay little or no attention to education and R & D.Alot of brilliant mind are suffering because of this(myself included).

You people will just be talking anyhow. If you were a bank manager would you approve an uncollateralised loan to a person who is very likely to abscond with the money and leave you with a bad debt?!

No sensible loan company or bank in Nigeria gives student loans because Nigerians have a terrible loan repayment culture.
