Please, i have an issue with my Redmi 8 Device.

The screen goes black from time to time.

Like it freezes, until after a while then comes back up.

Other times, i have to restart the device before it comes back on.

I could be using it, and the moment it stays idle for a while and goes blank, it won't come back on immediately if i pressed the power button or touched the fingerprint.

What could be the reason for this, and how do i fix it?

Also, i have about 5gb free internal space.

Please, Bosses in the House, i have not fixed this issue.

I have done what was suggested to me here, but the issue is still here.

Please, i still need help...

Sometimes, i am using the phone, the screen freezes for like 2 minutes before it becomes responsive again.

Other times, i have to do a hard reset of the phone.

This is frustrating.

So, I'll and keep using my phone. Who knows, RN12P might be a worthy upgrade.
