one malware they call .inf use to affect phone. Your solution is factory reset. Make sure you remove your memory card when doing factory reset

You could try this:

1. Google Authenticator on your new phone and set it up.
2. to your Gmail .

When asked for the second verification, copy the code from the Google Authenticator and apply.
