Pls xiaomites, I can't find Ram extension on my redmi note 9pro. I'm on miui 12.5.2. And also update to 12.5.3 just arrive i don't know if I should update Or not bcoz my device is working fine. pls enlightening me......tanks

Check settings .......... additional settings u will see it there if not then RN7 not include in d exercise..

I updated the OS already. Just some system apps that are not updated.

Seems you didn't get me. My problem is that the files from different folders on both storage are mixed together and some files are missing/hidden.

Please who knows why my Xiaomi stopped receiving updates since September last year while everyone i know using same device have updated up to the latest. Some received updates even last month. I am still at MIUI 12.0.17.0, others with same device have received more than three updates since then and are in MIUI 12.5. The device is Redmi 9T btw.

No one here can answer that question. You can go to your updater and select receive updates early

Update your "Update app" and toggle between regions because MIUI 12.5.3 for R9T global has been live for close to a month now, so the update should have been pushed to all devices by now.

Currently on Indian region, I have change to Taiwan, Spain, UK, Ghana, Kenya. Every known continents plus there's no option for updating my "Update app". While everyone i know updated there's with Nigeria region without stress.

QUICK QUESTION: Does updating MIUI manually (using the recovery file) wipe out the phone's data?

Try changing your regions if you get because i have done that already.

And now some of the movies have been moved to another folder.
This is my issue. This goes for all folders. And some folders and files are missing too.

The phone is with me always no one has access to it.

I understand your case similar thing happened to one of my guy! You have been going to all those porn app stuff especially child porn stuff, they have one virus like that that will affect your phone and corrupt your file stuff. Even if you connect it to system it will be showing those thing as you mentioned. Factory reset your phone and never to go those site again
