Barbing, phone repair can be messy and you will get arrested or beaten if you spoil someone phone and refuse to pay.

Exactly if you spoil someone's hair it will grow back but in the name of repair go and damage someone's expensive iPhone .....you will hear regret the day you collected it

I prefer barbing because you can eat at least twice a day with it. In five hours you can service four or more customers. When considering phone repairs you will spend that same time fixing two phones of which the owners may haggle your service fee down to meagre profit. As a barber, if your tools are in working condition, all the money you make is profit.

It all depends, you guys are making it look as if he is going to make millions everyday with barbing or everyday will always be good.

Lol Bros e depends on the customer wey you barber ooo, person don Barber army oga , NEPA take light ,he no complete the hair,he say he wan go buy fuel for hours he no come back na so the man go complete the hair for another shop,the next day na soldiers come carry am go barrack ooo.

Same thing for phone too and e depends on customers,if na customer wey dey reason solutions go come out without wahala.

1. Which do you have the most ion for?
2. Which do you have the most natural talent for?
3. Which is there a market for in your area? I.e which costs the least to set up with the higher percentage of returns?

Another way of asking the above questions is : which has the highest level of DESIRABILITY, FEASIBILITY & VIABILITY for you in your location?

People saying barbing is more lucrative, I laugh. A person who is good in phone repairs will make more money than someone who ks also good in barbing. I was an apprentice at a phone shop then and my boss was very good. I will not lie to you, he takes at least 10k home everyday, that's when business isn't good but the day business is good, he takes 20k-25k home everyday. Phone repairs is blood money oo

I'll advise you go for phone repair, don't learn only the card level(changing of parts and software related issues),learn the chip level repair too.
That way you can stay anywhere ,fix motherboard issues too instead of taking it to another engr for repair.

You can sell accessories too,and even phones.

There is money in barbing too but trust me you will like the money phone repair will give you.

Do your research too.

I will go for barbing it is lucrative.

Phone repair has a lot of limitations as customers see road side repairs as try your luck when they are aware of service centres such as Carlcare or Samsung franchise, but as a barber once a customer has confidence in you he will be patronizing you every week or 2 weeks which can't get as a phone repairer

The carlcare and Samsung service centres don't do wait and get repairs.A customer will drop his/her phone and come back in a week or two.Sometimes,they will tell the customer that the part hasn't arrive from shipping abroad.Who won dey wait for that long weeks?
Besides,their charges are double if the warranty has been voided.

If you are not good at electronic repairs don't go into phone repairs.If you spoil customer phone you go hear ween.

Like I’m literally wondering how barbing is more lucrative than phone repair. There’s a proliferation of barbers as you have barbers in literally every corner. In many instances, there’s more than enough barbers which can mean over supply. Barbing also has a low barrier to entry, which means any body can in a matter of days learn how to barb, open a shop next to you and halve your income.

On the other hand, phone repairs are based of skills acquired that can take months or even years to master. With almost every Nigerian with a phone, this means there’s a market. The barrier to entry is somewhat high.

I don’t know any phone repairer who’s not earning a decent living. On the average, phone repairers earn more than barbers. I’m not talking of those road side phone chargers that call themselves repairers.
