You have no idea how some school works, most schools do not accept waec above 10 yrs for example university of Dundee and Roehampton University, you will be asked to write their exam if you can’t present ielts. I applied to these schools and It was rejected Bcus my waec is 2006

nairalanders, I have been down and crying since morning as my little sister whom I am a legal guardian to got her visa refused. The little girl is down. When I got a no straight forward email for her, I thought she will later get the visa and hence travel with my son so as to meet up with school deadline.. this morning I got a refusal letter for her. please help advise if you can, should I do istrative review? if yes, what are the steps. Already called my lawyer as asked why the legal papers couldn't be verified? as far as I know, everything is genuine, had several court sittings before guardianship was given. please advise as I am loosing it.. Also since I have traveled, how do I proceed with the AR in respect of taking her port back if they eventually grant the visa? my whole world is crashing. please find attached reasons for refusal.
reason I didn't mention her in my previous applications were because I hadn't applied for legal guardianship for her. a big mistake I made���

No, No, No. If she’s the student and main applicant, the POF must be in her or her parents ; it can’t be in yours even if you’re her spouse. Take note and avoid her getting a visa refusal!! Read up on page one of this thread.

1. Does anyone have info on these private universities: BPP university and University of Law Business School. Their CAS Deposit and all? I am applying for May 2022.

2. For the visa application at what point does one need to POF? is it requested for later or you with other documents while applying?

3. If my husband transfers POF to my for both of us, does he need to write a letter that he is the one sponsoring me?

4. If in the course of application, pregnancy happens, will that hinder my application? and for tb tests can i still do an xray or better to do a sputum test?

Please the 28 days for pof how is it counted
Let's assume I am submitting today being 22 am I counting 28 days back ward
