While I already have an item stuck in "Speedaf-Nipost for three weeks now, I have another still in transition which is already showing signs that it will also go thru the "Speedaf-Nipost" fire. Once I survive these two cases unscathed, I'll never again put a remote address with the hope of speedaf doing door delivery.

Four orders that I've placed after those two were given delivery addresses of location where speedaf's office is situated.

The items have not been shipped yet, but lets see how that strategy works out.

A quick question @ Gazzy88 and @ Unluckrees: were the addresses of remote areas, or per chance they are locations that do not have speedaf office located there?

If you still have access to your tracking numbers and they're mostly ed packages, your chances of knowing the current status of your package will be easier.

I've received my parcel from Speedaf, the customs clearance started on 21st and ended on the 30th, and it was delivered to my on the 2nd. One od their offices is located some 25 minutes away from me though.

Then I guess it will be easier for you if your speedaf tracking number ends with R. Track with speedaf site and When is gets to the delivery station closest to you, call the number of the last mile delivery guy and explain your predicament to him and perhaps discuss on a way to prove your identity and possible pick up.
Make sure you follow the tracking, cos if they try your number and it's not reachable, it will be scheduled for return in less than 3 days

Please anyone who can point me to the origin of this speedaf update? I just ordered a product last week and decided to come on nairaland.

I just tire, 3 phones in transit since July no show.

I also went to the post office a few days ago and saw SpeedAf are now sending parcels to local post office, I don't have problem with that if not for the level of extortion in their offices, from the top to the gateman will ask you for something, the woman at the counter is so rude she will charge you excess and still stand her ground...
