Hi peeps since 11th of september my order got to nigeria from bangood and till date making it 16 days it has been stuck on customs clearance in progress. Through speedaf . Is this normal i already ed speedaf and their answers is not even sticking in my head at all. Is this normal? Is there anybody who is experiencing or has experienced something similar?

Good morning. If you guys , I updated that another of my item has arrived the country, I just tracked through AliExpress tracking now and it has actually moved to my location Osogbo. The parcel was sent through signpost. Still no update about my Speedaf-NIPOST delivery.

Update: Both items (Speedaf and signpost) actually arrived my local post office on the 24th, but I just got a call to pick them up today. I paid 2 hundred delivery fee per item.
N.B: Speedaf doesn't have an office inside Nipost, all they do is bring some items to Nipost and deliver some by themselves.
I rest my pen.

We need to hold speedaf well for this. The funny thing is they keep sending fresh items to nipost when the one on the ground hasn't been sorted.

I ordered a phone and a week later they hadn't shipped it, when I asked why, they said the color wasn't in stock and asked if they could change it (The color was available at the time of order by the way), (In my head I'm like "haba, one whole week past and you didn't care to inform me of this" ), anyway, I accepted the new color on Saturday last week 09/25/2021 and tracking still shows "Pending shipping by the seller" although I got a mail since Saturday saying it's ben shipped, the site clearly shows otherwise.

I think speedaf has succumbed to trickery from NIPOST. Now the latter is set to finally bury them. Tracking number is speedaf's, yet the delivery is wack courtesy of their partnership with NIPOST. By the time NIPOST is through with speedaf, they (speedaf) will have no reputation again.

How did you make payment, split or virtual card?

Was at the local post office today and they told me it hasn't arrived.

It is probably lost in transit. Normally when it arrives destination it should go to inward office of exchange, then arrival at sorting center or I have experience were these two didn't show and it arrived at my state hq. If you don't see these the probability of seeing the item is slim
