Alright. Getting two in a month won't be a problem. I intend taking it for two months and will take one bottle during the third month(making it 5 bottles altogether) but will make sure I exercise regularly. If after taking it and gaining healthy weight, I hope I won't get back to my previous weight if I stop taking the serious mass?

Bro I won’t advise ordinary exercise. You’ve got to lift weights, and push and pull gym equipments. Some exercises are not good for you as it won’t be regulating your entire body. You’ve got to do an all body gym routine. I won’t advise running threills and all cardio exercises. You may do them as warm ups but focus more on heavy lifting. As per stopping if you will return back, well in my case, I am still taking it till I get to my weight target of 80kg or 83kg. Then I will stop and focus on foods and high protein intake, my appetite has increased over time as I do 4-5 meals daily without stress. But to keep shape you still need exercises tho may not be as heavy and as consistent as when you started. Prolly 3 times weekly

You're expected to take one full serving per day with water. II took mine with water because I don't really like milk.

But for people that just want to add weight immediately, I always recommend two heaped scoop in the morning and two in the night.

Mass gainer comes with a little bit of cretin which gives extra strength and it comes with enough carbs for weight growth. So;

*one scoop before gym [don't worry, 50-100 press up is ok] to give you the necessary strength for the workout (the press up will burn it out anyways)
*One scoop post gym to restore the lost strength and to rebuild post gym

Same thing for the night.

With that you're assured of gaining mass all round the clock. From morning to night no matter how stressful your day goes. Your powder will soon finish though.

I'm about to get this and I can see that it has the one of 6ibs and 12ibs. The one of 6ibs has just 8 serving. so if going by what you say about taking 2scoops per day, does it mean I'll be getting it every 4 days?

Add a bit of Shoulder building exercises to this, for 3D shoulder. 3D shoulder hangs shirts better.

I used 2 per month for the first two months before I turned it to 1 per month and later stopped after getting result.

You don't use kitchen spoon, you use salt/sugar spoon. That small one. Heaped scoop will last you more than 10 days. That was how I used mine and what I do recommend. It is not as small as you see it.

Do that for the first two months and then reduce it to 1 per month after that. That is enough to give you more than result you wished for. And please, I used " Mutant mass gainer".

I did not eat much during that time as against what others did. My body doesn't digest all things like that easily...... So most of the time, I only get to eat in the afternoon. Thay wasn't the case for others though, they ate as if they someone swore for them.

If your body digest milk or powdered food easily, then eat enough after gym. That depends on you and no matter what, eating food also contributes its quota.
