Requirement :

1. Successful Participation at the on farm practical training at Farmvilla Training Center.
Duration is 3 months

2. N30,000 Commitment fee.
The full course training fee is N100,000.00
Considering the current situation of unemployed rate we are allowing payment of N20,000 commitment fee

3. The remaining training fee will be deducted from participants salary when and if they start working.

4. There will be a sign agreement plus verifiable guarantor to that

5. We provide Accomodation for participant for the duration of the training.

6. Participant feed themselves and are responsible for every personal maintenance

7. Guarantee farm manager job placement after the training

8. Salary Range
N50,000 and above
Depending on location

Offer opened for the first 10 people.

* Farm managing job involve supervising and seeing to the day today activities of a farm to be financially productive.

Doing this involve having some basic knowledge of farm set up and daily runs which is what we will be exposing you to during the practical agribusiness class

* A farm owner with a functional farm must have committed huge fund into the farm with the hope of eventually making profit out of the place.

An inexperience farm owner can not effectively understand how the farm system need to function

Eg farm manager supervise and put the farm laborers to work.
How will a farm manager that does not know what is the next thing to do put the farm laborers to work

* Farm owners most time are not on the farm and only visit at intervals or as their schedule allowed.

The farm manager is representing the farm owners and hence must have if not the same but similar mindset of the farm owner in order to position the farm well

* Most farm owners knows little or next to nothing about farm activities.

The farm manager are the best position to interprete on the farm ( as in convert the idea to reality) the intention of farm owners

All this and more is what we will be exposing you to on the farm during the agribusiness training

* Since we will also be standing as a kind of guarantor between you ( farm manager) and they (farm owners), we need to get to know you, your capacity to be effective on the farm during the farm training period

* We also realise that the agriculture practise which we learn in our schools and colleges are several distance apart from what is exactly happening on the farm in real life.

Our training centre is that place where we transform from the paper practise to the practical practise that is required to run a real farm setting profitably

He paid commitment fee of N20,000 to participate in our training

The full training fee is N100,000
The balance to be paid when we get him a farm manager job after successfully completing the training.

Commitment fee is mandatory to secure a spot. That's what we make us reserve Accomodation.

We provide Accomodation for the training
We reserved Accomodation for him because he pay commitment fee

At resumption, he did not turned up.
Few weeks later, the father called that they couldn't reach him and he left home to resume at farmvilla.

He was no where to be found
His line was not going through
No one know his whereabout...

It was some disturbing moments.

It was almost 2 weeks after he left home that the father could finally reached him

That was when we have some relief

He want the commitment fee of which we told him commitment fee are non refundable
