The main building that will take pop ceiling 2*2 wood of about 120pcs should be enough for the ceiling hangers.

I only agree with 36pcs of 1*12*12 for fascia board.

I understand you sir. My point is we don’t all visit the thread at the same time.
The price today might change tomorrow due to circumstances beyond the sellers control.

Editing prices every now and then will make the seller look very unserious.
