One end requested for a domain in Medi-Cal planning niche and I ed this and pitched to him but he didn't like the hyphen in it , so I had to another one without hyphen and he bought it for 150 bucks. However, I believed I could still sell the hyphenated one so I outbound to some end s and the first person to show interest made an offer of 100 bucks and I was too quick to accept the offer, and he bought it immediately. Later in the evening about 3 other end s showed interest so I had to Medi-Cal Lawyer and pitch to them since I have sold the initial one. And I just told the buyer that Medi-Cal Lawyer is still available for 350 bucks and he bought it within 15 minutes. Note that the keyword is most popular in California. So I sold the 3 domains to California residents.

How do you check for keyword popularity exclusive to location?

It depends, if the domain has alot of end s like 150+, I would start with around $700-1000. Then challenge them to make an offer if they are not comfortable with my asking price. But if the end s are not that much, 400 straight.

You know, the stingy states and the Niches that, regardless of how good the domain is and how much you lower the price, they just won't buy it.
