She called my attention to it , i told her it's probably the proximity sensor.. naso i collect fone from her and tried locking and unlocking it..d screen didn't turn up..den i tried force restarting it, d next tin i saw it entered recovery mode..but d select button keeps scrolling down by itself so no option of choosing it to reboot... My wife is perplexed now..i gave her 2 options... We should let d battery rundown and try to on it again or we NUKE it... She doesn't want d NUKE option cos of her picture..

Open the back...( If u know how to)


Remove the battery flex for 5 secs and clip it back.....switch it on......also check the volume buttons (up and down) if they are still making a click sound when tapped on

After leaving d fone for 3hrs, we ve been able to restart it and it's back to normal usage...

Hi, my Umidigi a7pro screen has begun blacking out while trying to make or receive a call. Like completely. Until the person on the other end of the phone ends it before the screen lights back up. It wasn't like this before, I know about the proximity sensor ish. What can I do about it? It's frustrating as I can no longer make or receive calls freely.

After leaving d fone for 3hrs, we ve been able to restart it and it's back to normal usage...

Remove the screen guard if u have one applied, that might be the culprit.....

Just activate Power button ends call under Accessibility settings. This should save you some stress.

If d fingerprint has disappeared from the settings, it's time for a fingerprint flex replacement..or better still give it to an engineer to help u dismantle the fone and try to refit d flex back...

I've been having an issue on my device for a few days now.
Images don't load on any of my Google applications (Maps, Gmail, Chrome Search, Playstore, Google, e.tc) but it loads normally on other applications. Any ideas please?
