Please, guys what would you consider is a fair price to sell a website that has an Adsense (approved but identity not yet , meaning the new owners can put their info and work their way to earn)?

I need a price that is competitive and fair (on that people HERE on Nairaland would rush).

You need to consider the traffic the site is getting at this time and so on.

I was referring to Google Adsense that is currently against their TOA to sell? And a domain name attached to it.

Not just sites which I think it's flippa they trade and auction?
