I'm beginning to like you. A lot of people would have seen my comment as a possible insult even though it isn't and was never meant to

So with Kali, you get the ability to do very advanced Cybersecurity stuff. To successfully learn it you'd need a local lab comprised 9f several computers. Many people do not have the resources to set up such a local lab as you most likely don't have a number of computers sitting idle, or a very powerful single system to set up several virtual computers. So to test have hands-on experience you most likely will want to test it on live systems and/or websites. And then you will get get your hands burnt as that will be illegal and you can be arrested by the authorities

I just started up learning python programming as I’ve got lots of key projects I intend to achieve with the knowledge that the Nigerian security sector really needs.

I also intend to self train in Pentesting and Cybersecurity with an aim to change career path.

It’s a whole lot for me and I’ll love to reach out to you from time to time though I am good at learning things myself... thanks...

Please I need a guide.
I just made decisions to go for programming and probably full stack that would enable me get a remote job.
I’m an idealistic person so I would love something that would be able to make me develop my ideas. E.g in 2014, I wrote down in my jotter the need to create a digital money saving app. I told a friend in 2015 but he’s afraid he didn’t wanna get involved with anything money. I think that same year, piggybank was created.
In 2016, I still shared this to a friend who went behind me and Partner with a tech bro to create their own company here in Lagos. I won’t disclose his name cos it’s a well known coy.

So please my bosses, I need help, I want to learn things that would make it easy to transfer money from a phone to another phone through our bank of course, even though I might eventually end up partnering with another developer , I want to learn these things too at least be very good at something.

I need help cos I want to focus on this.

Please help me out, advice, links, leads, critics is needed.

I just want to start something very meaningful with myself.

Where's your locale? I have a few pre-owned pieces of these. Tested and confirmed working with the latest Kali. Monitor modes work confirmed and the chipset is confirmed . They are a bit old and use the old USB connector not the newer micro USB connectors aka Android connector locally. Come in white, no box, antenna or USB cable. If you are interested I can include those as well. Message me for pricing if interested

I spoke with the seller.. said it doesn’t work but recommended Atheros Ar9271

A quick reminder that the seller probably isn't an hacker. I have one of those "with the same chipset as the description" laying around and it injects packets like a beast.
But go whatever you feel ok with.

Kali version
Hardware spec? (x86, x64 or ARM architecture)
How are you connecting to your Kali box? Direct or via SSH?

If the dongle you purchased is an original then you shouldn't have any issues with it showing via ls usb

I run Kali off a Raspberry Pi and that USB dongle works. Are you 100% the cable is good? Tried to connect it on Windows to see if it works there?

Finding ed Wi-Fi hardware locally is often a challenge
