Hi i luv the face of ur pancake..pls could u give a step by step guide on how u arrived at this beautiful pancake including the pan used etc. I dumped an ex cause she couldn't make smooth fluffy pancakes like this. I don't really like the usual Nigerian pancakes most be looking like a beewax

Pancake is easy, but that was my first make:

The things you need
Fry pan
Baking soda or baking powder
Little salt
Sugar
Eggs
Butter or madrine
Flour
Milk liquid or powder

Add flour, little salt, sugar and baking soda in a bowl, mix very well, add your milk, mix very well too and finally add your eggs, leave for like 20 mins before frying, use low heat when frying, it's is like frying eggs.
