Not really the best. That route will deny him job opportunities as his bsc still is a 3rd class doesnt matter if he has a PGD and Masters. It wouldnt allow him apply for a job with certain requirements. He should simply use his 3rd class degree to get another ission and spend a year to graduate with a different result and grade
