One cannot really predict them. I have heard of someone who got a response in less than 48 hours. I know someone who got in about 4 days. I also know another who waited for more than 10 days. Ironically, all these people got a rejection. Just be a bit more patient and stay optimistic.

Good morning, I experienced same thing as sure, my husband and I wer refused student visas in July my husband was the main applicant and am the dependant, my husband port came out immediately the refusal mail was sent to him but mine stayed in that DMC for over 3weeks before it came out with my own mail so relax

There is no such thing as tourist visa..if you want to come to Canada as a tourist..you still have to apply for a visitor visa
