@Tunlex01 The GRA said they can only go back 3 years from now. So meaning on the Tax Clearance certificate it will show 2020 till current date and the system can't go beyond that. They can't manually enter 2012 to 2016. I want clarification before I make payment. If this will be accepted by TRA as pay evidence.
Secondly with the bank statement there has been a lot of back and forth. The manager said my is not active and nothing can be pull from the , that's why I'm opting for the Tax Clearance certificate or the Statutory Declaration from the High Court.
Please let me know what to do on this.
Lastly should the GRA want to send a Copy to TRA how do I go about that. They said its mandatory to send a copy to the institution that requested the Certificate.
